HCOUNTS Competition is scheduled for Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Pac
e University Campus in Pleasantville. Volunteers are needed to assist in
the morning registration, proctoring and grading of exams and the distribu
tion of the awards. Please contact Diego Villareale if you are interested
in volunteering your time. The registration begins at 8:00AM and the pro
gram concludes around 1:00PM. \n \nMATHCOUNTS is a national enrichment, co
aching and competition program that promotes middle school mathematics ach
ievements. The Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the NYSSPE is responsible fo
r coordinating and sponsoring the regional competition in February. Top s
tudents advance to the State competition in March and ultimately have an o
pportunity to advance to the National competition in May.\n\n--- This iCal
